  • 10 years investing billions of dollars for cities and towns across the US, as Wall Street Executive. Structured billions of dollars of non-profit hospital bonds and refinancing to lower local government's costs.
  • Centennial's first Treasurer, 2001 - 2006. Built $5.2 million rainy day fund. Worked hard for 4 terms, speaking out for financial conservatism.
